Where do we ship to?
We ship to : Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Columbia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States of America.

How do I return my order?
To start a return you can contact us via our contact us page, If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on where and how to ship your package. Please do not return your item without first requesting a refund/return as this may make you invalid for a refund.
Once we have received and inspected your order we will notify you if we are able to offer you a refund or replacement. Please note that refund times will vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

What if my order is damaged?
Please inspect your item upon receiving it and let us know if there is any damages/Issues with you item(s) and we will evaluate the situation and decide if we can issue you a refund or replace the item(s)

I put in the incorrect address what do I do?
We are not liable or responsible for the input of incorrect addresses when making your order and any orders sent to the wrong address due to the input of incorrect addresses will be an invalid reason for a refund. If you do Input the incorrect address please let us know as soon as possible so the order can be sent to the correct address if it has not already been dispatched.

When can I expect my order?
UK Shipping times: 2-4 Business days depending on the shipping option you have chosen (This delivery time is on top of the 1-2 Business days for the order to be dispatched).
EU Shipping times: 5-14 Business days international tracked and signed delivery (This delivery time is on top of the 1-2 Business days for the order to be dispatched).
Worldwide Shipping: 5-14 Business days international tracked and signed delivery (This delivery time is on top of the 1-2 Business days for the order to be dispatched).

How long will it take to process my order?
It will take 1-2 Business days for your order to be dispatched. Please note that processing time is separate to delivery time.

Do I have to pay for customs and tax?
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that apply and we are not responsible for these fees.

I missed my delivery what should I do?
Since all items are tracked and signed if you miss a delivery then you will be responsible for rearranging a new delivery time through the delivery partner and the tracking information provided to you via email or through your order. Failure to do so is not our responsibility. If a missed item comes back to us it will cost you another shipping fee to re send back to you.
